Investing in the community
We believe in human liberty. Everyone should have the opportunity and the freedom to follow their dreams.
When it comes to community, Liberty looks at impact. Our Liberty family is committed to maximizing our community impact by partnering with local organizations making a difference. We minimize our operational impact through developing technologies like The Quiet Fleet, next-generation low-emission fleets and reducing truck traffic through use of containerized sand.
How we help
Since Liberty was founded in 2011, we have become deeply rooted in our communities. Every community is different, and while we are unable to address every need, Liberty has chosen three core focus areas:
Education
Liberty supports organizations that provide educational opportunities.
Alleviating Poverty
Liberty supports organizations dedicated to lifting people out of poverty by providing opportunities for individuals to find their own definition of success.
Military Services
Liberty supports organizations that provide support and opportunities for veterans, first responders, and active military personnel.
Indigenous Principles
Our goal is to collaborate with Indigenous Communities on a common vision for progress, sustainable economic development, and environmental stewardship, to build and maintain effective, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationships.
Reconciliation is the responsibility of all Canadians, including businesses, and we acknowledge that Indigenous Communities must have the opportunity to provide feedback and to benefit from Liberty’s development in Canada.
Liberty is committed to positive and progressive Indigenous Relations through the following principles:
Community
Engagement
Liberty commits to building trusting relationships through active involvement in the communities in which we operate.
Business & Community
Development
Liberty commits to continuously identifying opportunities for new partnerships and reaffirming existing partnerships.
Workforce
Development
Liberty commits to supporting meaningful employment and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Liberty is pleased to announce the commitment to the Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) program.
This commitment is a shared responsibility involving Liberty and its employees and contractors, and we will conduct business in a manner that reflects the above principles. Liberty will provide ongoing leadership and resources to ensure the effective implementation of the above principles, including the development of implementation strategies and specific action plans.
